View, manage, and monitor all your active services and products
Managing Your Services
The Services page is your control center for all hosting accounts, servers, game servers, and other products you've purchased.
Accessing Your Services
Navigate to Dashboard → Services from the sidebar, or click Active Services on your dashboard overview.

Services Overview
At the top of the page, you'll see:
- Total count of services (e.g., "5 active of 7 total services")
- Order New Service button to browse and purchase additional products
Viewing Your Services
Services are displayed in a table with the following columns:
Service Name
The name you assigned or the product name, often with an associated domain or identifier (e.g., "Starter - loganbutler.com").
Type
The category of service:
- Web Hosting
- Virtual Private Server (VPS)
- Game Server
- Marketplace Product
- And more
Status
Current service state:
- Active - Service is running normally
- Pending - Awaiting setup or payment
- Suspended - Service paused (usually due to non-payment)
- Terminated - Service has been permanently stopped
- Cancelled - Scheduled for termination at end of billing period
Billing Cycle
How often you're billed:
- Free Account
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Semi-Annually
- Annually
- Biennially
Amount
The recurring charge for this service.
Actions
- Manage button to access service details and controls
- Some services may show additional quick actions (e.g., "Visit website" for web hosting)
Filtering and Searching
Search Bar
Use the search box to find services by:
- Service name
- Domain name
- Service ID
- IP address
Status Filter
Filter services by status using the dropdown:
- All Status (default)
- Active only
- Pending
- Suspended
- Terminated
- Cancelled
View Options
Toggle between view modes using the buttons in the top right:
- Table View - Detailed information in columns (default)
- Grid View - Card-based layout showing services visually
Managing Individual Services
Click the Manage button next to any service to:
- View service details and configuration
- Access control panels (Plesk, Pterodactyl, etc.)
- Upgrade or downgrade service plans
- Cancel or request termination
- View service-specific information
Service Status Indicators
Services show visual status indicators:
- Green - Active and healthy
- Yellow - Pending or requires attention
- Red - Suspended or terminated
- Gray - Cancelled
Service Cards (Grid View)
When using grid view, each service displays:
- Service icon or thumbnail
- Service name and status badge
- Domain/IP address (if applicable)
- Next due date
- Monthly or billing cycle amount
- Quick manage button
Quick Actions for Web Hosting
Web hosting services include a Visit Website button that opens your site in a new tab for quick access.
No Services Yet
If you haven't purchased any services:
- You'll see a message prompting you to browse products
- Click Order New Service to view available options
- Add items to your cart and complete checkout
Service Management Tips
- Monitor expiration dates shown on each service card
- Set up automatic payments to avoid service interruptions
- Renew services early if you need continuous service
- Contact support if you see unexpected status changes
- Keep services active by ensuring invoices are paid on time
