Using the Shopping Cart

Your shopping cart lets you collect products, domains, and services before completing your purchase. You can add multiple items and check out all at once.

Accessing Your Cart

Click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of any page. The badge shows how many items are currently in your cart. You can also access your cart directly at /cart.

Cart Modal

When you click the cart icon, a sidebar opens showing:

  • Cart header with item count
  • List of items with details
  • Total price
  • Proceed to Checkout button

Items in Your Cart

Each item displays:

Services and Products

  • Product name (e.g., "Game Server Starter")
  • Billing cycle (Monthly, Annually, etc.)
  • Price
  • Remove button (trash icon)

Domains

  • Domain name (e.g., "example.com")
  • Registration period (1 Year, 2 Years, etc.)
  • Price
  • Transfer indicator if applicable
  • Remove button

Managing Cart Items

Removing Items

Click the trash icon next to any item to remove it from your cart. The cart total updates automatically.

Changing Quantities or Options

To modify an item:

  1. Remove it from the cart
  2. Go back to the product page
  3. Select new options
  4. Add it back to cart

Cart Actions

Proceed to Checkout

Click the large Proceed to Checkout button to begin the payment process. You'll be taken to the checkout page to:

  • Review your order
  • Add billing information (first-time customers)
  • Select payment method
  • Complete your purchase

View Full Cart

Opens a dedicated cart page with more details and configuration options for each item.

Continue Shopping

Closes the cart modal so you can keep browsing and adding more items.

Clear Cart

Removes all items from your cart at once. Use this if you want to start over.

Cart Persistence

Your cart is saved:

  • Across sessions - Items remain even if you log out
  • Across devices - Access your cart from any device when logged in
  • For 30 days - Cart items don't expire for a month

Cart Notifications

You'll see notifications when:

  • Items are added successfully
  • Items are removed
  • Prices change
  • Promotions are applied

Adding Items to Cart

From Product Pages

  1. Browse to any product (Dashboard → Products)
  2. Select your desired configuration
  3. Click Add to Cart or Order Now
  4. Item appears in your cart
  1. Search for domains (Navigation → Domains)
  2. Click on an available domain
  3. Select registration period
  4. Click Add to Cart

Quick Add Features

Some pages offer quick-add buttons:

  • Product listing pages
  • Service upgrade options
  • Recommended products

Cart Total

The cart displays:

  • Subtotal - Sum of all items
  • Today's total - What you pay now (setup fees, first payment)
  • Recurring costs - Future billing amounts (shown on checkout page)

Checkout Process Overview

When you're ready to purchase:

  1. Click "Proceed to Checkout"
  2. Review order details
  3. Add/confirm billing information (first-time only)
  4. Select payment method
  5. Apply promo codes if you have any
  6. Review terms and complete purchase

Configurable Products

Some products require configuration before adding to cart:

  • Select server location
  • Choose billing cycle
  • Add-ons and extras
  • Custom options

The product page will show all available options before the Add to Cart button.

Domains with Hosting

When ordering both:

  1. Add hosting service to cart first
  2. Add domain to cart
  3. During checkout, you can link the domain to your hosting service
  4. DNS records are configured automatically

Cart Tips

  • Add everything you need before checking out to save time
  • Review carefully before proceeding to checkout
  • Check for promotions on the checkout page
  • Save payment info for faster future purchases
  • Contact support if you need help with configuration

Empty Cart

If your cart is empty, you'll see:

  • "Your cart is empty" message
  • Suggestions to browse products
  • Quick links to popular categories

Cart Issues

Item Won't Add

  • Check if you've selected all required options
  • Ensure product is available
  • Try refreshing the page
  • Contact support if the issue persists

Wrong Item in Cart

  • Simply remove it using the trash icon
  • Add the correct item

Price Seems Wrong

  • Prices shown are before any promotions
  • Discounts apply at checkout
  • Some items have setup fees shown separately

Mobile Cart Experience

On mobile devices:

  • Cart icon is in the top navigation
  • Modal slides in from the side
  • All functionality is preserved
  • Optimized for touch interactions

Next Steps

After adding items to your cart:

  1. Review all items and quantities
  2. Click Proceed to Checkout
  3. Complete the checkout process
  4. Your services activate immediately after payment
