Managing Your Profile

Your profile contains all your personal and business information. Keeping this information up-to-date ensures smooth service delivery and accurate billing.

Accessing Your Profile

  • Log into your account
  • Click your name or avatar in the top right corner
  • Select Profile from the dropdown menu, or navigate to Dashboard → Profile

    Profile Sections

    Personal Information

    View and edit your core account details:

    • First Name and Last Name
    • Company Name (if applicable)
    • Email Address - Your primary contact and login email
    • Phone Number - Used for account verification and important notifications

    Address Information

    Manage your billing and service delivery address:

    • Street address and address line 2
    • City
    • State/Province
    • Postal/Zip Code
    • Country
    Your address is used for billing statements and may be required for certain services like domain registration.

    Account Status Badges

    Your profile displays status badges that show:

    • Verified Account - Your email address has been confirmed
    • VIP Status - For premium customers
    • Affiliate - If you're enrolled in the affiliate program

    Editing Your Profile

  • Click the Edit Profile button at the top of the page
  • Update any fields you need to change
  • Click Save Changes to apply your updates

    Your profile includes several specialized tabs:

    Contacts

    Manage additional contacts for your account. This is useful for:

    • Billing contacts
    • Technical contacts
    • Administrative contacts

    Security

    Configure security settings including:

    Preferences

    • Communication preferences

    Important Notes

    • Email address changes may require verification
    • Some information like company name may affect billing documents
    • Keep your contact information current to receive important service notifications
