Checkout Process

The checkout process guides you through completing your purchase, from reviewing your order to making payment and activating your services.

Starting Checkout

From your shopping cart, click Proceed to Checkout to begin.

Checkout Page Overview

The checkout page includes:

Order Summary

Right side panel showing:

  • All items in your order
  • Individual prices
  • Subtotal
  • Taxes (if applicable)
  • Total due today
  • Recurring costs (for future billing)

First-Time Checkout

Billing Information

If this is your first purchase, you'll need to provide:

Contact Details

  • First and last name
  • Company name (optional)
  • Email address (pre-filled from account)
  • Phone number
Billing Address
  • Street address
  • Address line 2 (optional)
  • City
  • State/Province
  • Postal/Zip code
  • Country
This information is saved for future purchases and used for:
  • Billing statements
  • Invoice generation
  • Domain registration (WHOIS)
  • Service delivery

Payment Methods

Select your preferred payment method:

Credit/Debit Card (Stripe)

  • Accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Secure processing via Stripe
  • Option to save card for future use
  • Instant service activation
To pay by card:
  • Select "Credit/Debit Card" payment method
  • Enter card number, expiry, and CVC
  • Review billing details
  • Click "Complete Order"

    Bank Transfer

    • Direct bank deposit
    • Payment instructions provided after checkout
    • Service activates after payment confirmation
    • Typically processes in 1-3 business days
    Bank transfer process:
  • Select "Bank Transfer" at checkout
  • Complete order
  • Receive email with bank details and reference number
  • Make transfer at your bank
  • Services activate once payment is confirmed

    Saved Payment Methods

    If you've saved cards previously:

    • Select from your saved payment methods
    • No need to re-enter card details
    • Faster checkout
    • Manage saved cards in Profile → Payment Methods

    Promotional Codes

    Have a promo code?

  • Locate the "Have a promotional code?" section
  • Enter your code in the text field
  • Click "Apply"
  • Discount reflects in order total
  • Code validation:

    • Valid codes show discount immediately
    • Invalid codes display error message
    • Some codes have minimum purchase requirements
    • One code per order (typically)

    Order Review

    Before completing purchase, review:

    Items and Pricing

    • Verify correct products
    • Check billing cycles
    • Confirm quantities
    • Review any add-ons

    Domain Configuration

    If ordering domains with hosting:

    • Confirm domain names are correct
    • Verify registration periods
    • Check DNS settings will be configured

    Recurring Billing

    Understand future charges:

    • When next payment is due
    • Recurring amount
    • Billing cycle (monthly, annually, etc.)

    Terms of Service

    Before checkout:

    • Review Terms of Service (link provided)
    • Check the "I agree to the Terms of Service" box
    • Agreement is required to complete purchase

    Completing Your Order

  • Review all information is correct
  • Select payment method
  • Enter payment details (if new card)
  • Apply promo code if you have one
  • Accept terms of service
  • Click "Complete Order" or "Pay Now"

    Payment Processing

    After clicking Complete Order:

    Immediate Processing (Card Payment)

    • Payment processes in seconds
    • You'll see a "Processing..." indicator
    • Don't close the browser or click back
    • Wait for confirmation page

    Pending Processing (Bank Transfer)

    • Order is created immediately
    • You receive payment instructions
    • Services activate after payment confirmation

    Order Confirmation

    Success Page

    After successful payment:

    • Order confirmation number
    • Receipt and invoice sent to email
    • List of services activated
    • Links to access your services

    What Happens Next

    Immediately:

    • Services are activated
    • Welcome emails sent
    • Access credentials provided (if needed)
    • Invoices generated
    Dashboard Updates:
    • New services appear in Dashboard → Services
    • Domains show in Dashboard → Domains
    • Invoices added to Dashboard → Invoices

    Post-Purchase Actions

    After checkout:

  • Check your email for confirmation and welcome messages
  • Visit Dashboard to access your new services
  • Review service details and control panel access
  • Configure services as needed
  • Contact support if you have questions

    If your payment doesn't process:

    • Use bank transfer as alternative

    Order Not Completing

    If you experience technical issues:

    • Check your internet connection
    • Try a different browser
    • Clear browser cache
    • Contact support with order details

    Service Not Activated

    If services don't appear after payment:

    • Check Dashboard → Services
    • Look for activation email
    • Wait 5-10 minutes for processing
    • Contact support if delay exceeds 30 minutes

    Guest Checkout

    Currently, an account is required for checkout. Benefits include:

    • Easier service management
    • Centralized dashboard
    • Invoice tracking
    • Support ticket access
