Subprocessor List

Introduction

This page lists the third-party subprocessors that SUZKO, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") engages to help provide our services. As described in our Data Processing Agreement, we may use subprocessors to assist in delivering hosting services to our customers.

We conduct due diligence on each subprocessor to ensure they meet our data protection standards and maintain appropriate security measures. All subprocessors are bound by data protection obligations no less protective than those in our DPA.

This Subprocessor List is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service and our Data Processing Agreement, and your use of SUZKO services is governed by all three. Where this document addresses a specific subject, it controls over the Terms of Service to the extent of any conflict on that subject.

Infrastructure Subprocessors

These subprocessors provide data center and infrastructure services for hosting customer data.

Security Subprocessors

These subprocessors provide security, DDoS protection, and network services.

Payment Subprocessors

These subprocessors handle payment processing and fraud prevention.

Software and Platform Subprocessors

These subprocessors provide software and platforms used in delivering our services.

Communication Subprocessors

These subprocessors assist with customer communications and support.

Analytics Subprocessors

These subprocessors help us understand how our services are used and improve performance.

Subprocessor Changes and Right to Object

We may update this list when we engage new subprocessors or discontinue existing ones. This page is the authoritative record of our current subprocessors, and we post additions and removals here. For material changes—such as engaging a new subprocessor that will process customer personal data—we will provide advance notice before that subprocessor begins processing, so that affected customers have a reasonable opportunity to review the change.

In accordance with our Data Processing Agreement, customers may object to the addition of a new subprocessor on reasonable, good-faith data-protection grounds by contacting us within the notice period. We will work in good faith to address the objection; where we are unable to do so, the customer's rights and remedies are as set out in the DPA.
