Affiliate Program Terms

Introduction

Welcome to the Suzko Affiliate Program. These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in our affiliate program and form part of your agreement with Suzko, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in the program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Program Overview

The Suzko Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by referring new customers to our hosting services. When a customer you refer makes a qualifying purchase, you earn a percentage of the sale.

2. Eligibility

To participate in our affiliate program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Suzko customer account in good standing
• Have a website, blog, social media presence, or other platform to promote our services
• Agree to these Affiliate Terms and our Terms of Service
• Not be located in a country subject to U.S. sanctions

We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

3.1 Commission Rates

Commission rates are calculated on the first payment only and do not include taxes, setup fees, or add-on services.

3.2 Recurring Commissions

All commissions are recurring for the lifetime of the referred customer's active account. You will continue to earn commissions on renewals and recurring payments as long as the customer remains active. In some cases, certain services may not be eligible for recurring commissions; please refer to the commission rates table above for details.

3.3 Cookie Duration

Our affiliate tracking cookie has a duration of 90 days. If a referred visitor makes a purchase within 90 days of clicking your affiliate link, you will receive credit for the sale.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Minimum Payout

The minimum payout threshold is $50 USD. Commissions below this threshold will accumulate until the minimum is reached.

4.2 Payment Schedule

Affiliate payments are processed on the 15th of each month for commissions earned in the previous month. Commissions are held for 60 days after the qualifying purchase to account for potential refunds or chargebacks.

4.3 Payment Methods

• PayPal (preferred)
• Account Credit
• Bank Transfer (for balances over $500, additional fees may apply)

4.4 Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes on your affiliate earnings. U.S. affiliates earning $600 or more annually must provide a W-9 form. International affiliates may be required to provide a W-8BEN form.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about our services
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship as required by FTC guidelines
• Use only approved marketing materials and methods
• Not engage in spam, unsolicited emails, or aggressive advertising
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Keep your account information current

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the program:

• Self-referrals: Referring yourself or accounts you control
• Cookie stuffing: Forcing affiliate cookies without user knowledge
• Trademark bidding: Bidding on "Suzko" or related trademarks in paid advertising
• Spam: Sending unsolicited emails or messages containing affiliate links
• Misrepresentation: Making false claims about our services or prices
• Incentivized clicks: Offering rewards solely for clicking affiliate links
• Coupon abuse: Creating fake coupon sites with unauthorized discount codes
• Malware: Using any form of malware or adware
• Adult/illegal content: Promoting on websites with adult, violent, or illegal content

7. Marketing Guidelines

7.1 Approved Methods

• Content marketing (blogs, reviews, tutorials)
• Social media promotion (with proper disclosure)
• Email marketing (to your own opt-in list)
• YouTube and video content
• Comparison websites
• Paid advertising (except trademark bidding)

7.2 Required Disclosures

In compliance with FTC guidelines, you must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship. Examples of acceptable disclosures include:

• "This post contains affiliate links. If you make a purchase, I may earn a commission."
• "I am a Suzko affiliate and may receive compensation for referrals."

8. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our logos, banners, and approved marketing materials solely for promoting our services. You may not modify these materials or use them in any way that implies endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship beyond the affiliate relationship.

9. Commission Adjustments

We may adjust or reverse commissions in the following circumstances:

• The referred customer requests a refund within the refund period
• The referred customer's payment is declined or charged back
• The referral was fraudulent or violated these terms
• The referred customer is a duplicate of an existing customer
• Technical errors in commission calculation

10. Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify commission rates, cookie duration, payment terms, and other program details at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your participation at any time by contacting us. Pending commissions that meet the minimum payout threshold will be paid on the next payment date.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate your participation immediately if you violate these terms or for any reason with 30 days' notice. Upon termination for cause, all pending commissions may be forfeited.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• You must remove all affiliate links and marketing materials
• Your access to the affiliate dashboard will be revoked
• Pending commissions (if not forfeited) will be paid within 60 days

12. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you for any claims arising from the affiliate program is limited to the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Affiliate Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with our Terms of Service.
