Affiliate Program Terms

Introduction

Welcome to the SUZKO Affiliate Program. These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in our affiliate program and form part of your agreement with SUZKO, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in the program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These Affiliate Terms are incorporated into and form part of our Terms of Service, and your use of SUZKO services is governed by both. Where these Affiliate Terms address a specific subject, they control over the Terms of Service to the extent of any conflict on that subject.

1. Program Overview

The SUZKO Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by referring new customers to our hosting services. When a customer you refer makes a qualifying purchase, you earn a percentage of the sale.

2. Eligibility

To participate in our affiliate program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid SUZKO customer account in good standing
• Have a website, blog, social media presence, or other platform to promote our services
• Agree to these Affiliate Terms and our Terms of Service
• Not be located in a country subject to U.S. sanctions

We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

3.1 Commission Rates

Commissions are calculated on the qualifying amounts actually paid by the referred customer and do not include taxes, setup fees, or add-on services. Commissions recur for the lifetime of the referred customer's active account, except for services designated as one-time in the commission table above (for example, Web Design), for which the commission is earned only on the initial qualifying payment. The "Recurring" column in the table above governs whether a given service earns recurring or one-time commissions.

3.2 Recurring Commissions

Commissions recur for the lifetime of the referred customer's active account, except for services designated as one-time in the commission table. For services eligible for recurring commissions, you will continue to earn commissions on renewals and recurring payments as long as the referred customer remains active and in good standing. Services marked "One-Time" in the commission table (such as Web Design) earn a commission only on the initial qualifying payment and do not generate recurring commissions. Please refer to the commission rates table above to determine which services are recurring and which are one-time.

3.3 Cookie Duration

Our affiliate tracking cookie has a duration of 90 days. If a referred visitor makes a purchase within 90 days of clicking your affiliate link, you will receive credit for the sale.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Minimum Payout

The minimum payout threshold is $50 USD. Commissions below this threshold will accumulate until the minimum is reached.

4.2 Payment Schedule

Affiliate payments are processed on the 15th of each month for commissions earned in the previous month. Commissions are held for 60 days after the qualifying purchase to account for potential refunds or chargebacks.

4.3 Payment Methods

• PayPal (preferred)
• Account Credit
• Bank Transfer (for balances over $500, additional fees may apply)

4.4 Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes on your affiliate earnings. U.S. affiliates earning $600 or more annually must provide a W-9 form. International affiliates may be required to provide a W-8BEN form.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about our services
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship as required by FTC guidelines
• Use only approved marketing materials and methods
• Not engage in spam, unsolicited emails, or aggressive advertising
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Keep your account information current

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the program:

• Self-referrals: Referring yourself or accounts you control
• Cookie stuffing: Forcing affiliate cookies without user knowledge
• Trademark bidding:Bidding on "SUZKO" or related trademarks in paid advertising
• Spam: Sending unsolicited emails or messages containing affiliate links
• Misrepresentation: Making false claims about our services or prices
• Incentivized clicks: Offering rewards solely for clicking affiliate links
• Coupon abuse: Creating fake coupon sites with unauthorized discount codes
• Malware: Using any form of malware or adware
• Adult/illegal content: Promoting on websites with adult, violent, or illegal content

7. Marketing Guidelines

7.1 Approved Methods

• Content marketing (blogs, reviews, tutorials)
• Social media promotion (with proper disclosure)
• Email marketing (to your own opt-in list)
• YouTube and video content
• Comparison websites
• Paid advertising (except trademark bidding)

7.2 Required Disclosures

In compliance with FTC guidelines, you must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship. Examples of acceptable disclosures include:

• "This post contains affiliate links. If you make a purchase, I may earn a commission."
• "I am a SUZKO affiliate and may receive compensation for referrals."

8. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our logos, banners, and approved marketing materials solely for promoting our services. You may not modify these materials or use them in any way that implies endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship beyond the affiliate relationship. Sponsorship of a community or creator by SUZKO is a separate arrangement governed by our Sponsorship Terms & Conditions.

9. Commission Adjustments

We may adjust or reverse commissions in the following circumstances:

• The referred customer requests a refund within the refund period
• The referred customer's payment is declined or charged back
• The referral was fraudulent or violated these terms
• The referred customer is a duplicate of an existing customer
• Technical errors in commission calculation

In addition, we reserve the right to withhold, freeze, or place a hold on any commissions that we reasonably suspect are associated with fraud, abuse, self-referral, cookie stuffing, or any other violation of these terms, pending our investigation. We may take a reasonable period to investigate suspected activity, and we may withhold payment of the affected commissions during that time. If our investigation determines that the commissions were earned in violation of these terms, they may be reversed or forfeited in whole or in part. This right is in addition to, and does not limit, any other remedy available to us.

10. Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify commission rates, cookie duration, payment terms, and other program details at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your participation at any time by contacting us. Pending commissions that meet the minimum payout threshold will be paid on the next payment date.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate your participation immediately if you violate these terms or for any reason with 30 days' notice. Upon termination for cause, all pending commissions may be forfeited.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• You must remove all affiliate links and marketing materials
• Your access to the affiliate dashboard will be revoked
• Pending commissions (if not forfeited) will be paid within 60 days

12. Independent Contractor; No Partnership or Agency

You participate in the affiliate program as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, employment, or fiduciary relationship between you and SUZKO. You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf, to bind us to any obligation, or to otherwise act as our agent or representative. You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the manner and means by which you promote our services, for your own business expenses, and for all taxes, withholdings, and filings associated with your affiliate earnings.

13. No Guarantee of Earnings; Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no representation or guarantee that you will earn any particular amount of commissions, or any commissions at all. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your own marketing efforts, audience, and the purchasing decisions of the customers you refer. Any examples of potential earnings are illustrative only and are not a promise of results.

The affiliate program, the affiliate dashboard, tracking tools, and all related materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that tracking will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every referral will be recorded, or that the program will be available at all times.

14. Confidentiality

In connection with the affiliate program, you may receive or gain access to information that is confidential or proprietary to SUZKO, including non-public commission structures, program terms, marketing plans, technical information, customer or referral data, and any information marked or reasonably understood to be confidential ("Confidential Information"). You agree to keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential, to use it solely for the purpose of participating in the affiliate program, and not to disclose it to any third party without our prior written consent. This obligation does not apply to information that is or becomes publicly available through no fault of yours, or that you are required to disclose by law, provided you give us reasonable prior notice where permitted. Your confidentiality obligations survive termination of your participation in the program.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SUZKO, LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your marketing, advertising, promotional activities, statements, or use of the affiliate links or materials; (b) your websites, platforms, content, or products; (c) your breach of these Affiliate Terms or violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right (including FTC disclosure requirements and anti-spam laws); and (d) any misrepresentation you make about SUZKO or its services. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

16. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you for any claims arising from the affiliate program is limited to the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Affiliate Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with our Terms of Service.
