What we collect, what we don't, who sees it.

Short version: we collect what we need to run the service, we don't sell it, we don't share it for marketing, and we don't disclose it without legal compulsion.

What we collect

  • Account info — name, email, phone, address (for billing)
  • Payment info — last 4 of card / bank account; full card data is at our payment processor, not us
  • Service activity — what you provisioned, when, where
  • Logs — request logs for security + debugging; auto-purged at 90 days
  • Communications — tickets + chat history with us
  • Cookies — session, CSRF, theme preference, affiliate tracking (90-day)

What we DON'T do

  • We don't sell any data.
  • We don't share data with marketing/analytics third parties for their own use.
  • We don't track you across the web.
  • We don't read your hosted content (your sites, your code, your files, your emails, your phone calls, your VOD recordings).
  • We don't train AI models on your stuff.

What we share, when

  • With our payment processor: the minimum needed to charge your card / debit your account.
  • With our infrastructure subprocessors: the minimum needed to deliver each product (e.g. the DNS records you've set, the domains your mailboxes use, the registry contact info for domains you register). Full list at /legal/subprocessors.
  • With law enforcement: only with valid legal process (subpoena, warrant, court order). We don't volunteer data.

Your rights

  • Access — request a copy of everything we have on you (see Closing your account for the export tool).
  • Correction — fix anything wrong via profile.
  • Deletion — delete your account; we wipe everything except legally-required retention (invoices for 7 years).
  • Portability — the export tool gives you data in standard formats (JSON, CSV, PDF).

GDPR / CCPA

We comply. If you're in the EU/UK/California and have a specific request, email privacy@suzko.com with what you want and we'll respond within the required window (30 days for GDPR access requests; faster usually).

Subprocessors

The full list of third parties who process data on our behalf is at /legal/subprocessors — payment, mail, voice, DNS/CDN, registrar, and AI providers. We keep it short and update the page whenever we add or remove one.
