Acceptable use

What we host. What we don't. Where the line is.

We host. You publish. We don't moderate opinions, religion, or politics — including stuff we personally disagree with. We do shut down crime, fraud, and anyone using Suzko to hurt other people.

For the operating principles behind this, see /principles.

What we allow

  • Religious, political, ideological content of any flavor
  • Adult content (where legal — must be on isolated services, no shared hosting)
  • Gambling (where licensed)
  • News, opinion, podcasts, communities
  • Anything that's legal where you live and where your servers run

What ends an account immediately

  • Fraud — scams, phishing, fake-storefront operations
  • Malware — distributing, hosting, or commanding it
  • CSAM — zero tolerance, logs forwarded to law enforcement
  • Sanctions violations — running services that violate OFAC / EU sanctions lists
  • Targeted harassment — coordinated attacks on a person
  • Network attacks — using Suzko infrastructure to attack others (DDoS, port scanning, brute force)
  • Selling stolen data — credentials, PII, leaked databases

Get caught running any of these from a Suzko server → account closes the same day, no refund, with the relevant logs forwarded where they need to go.

What we DON'T do

  • We don't deplatform legal political speech.
  • We don't ban "controversial" opinions.
  • We don't cooperate with extra-judicial takedown requests — we require legal process.

Reports

If you've found content on our platform that violates the AUP, email abuse@suzko.com with:

  • The URL or IP
  • A description of the violation
  • Any evidence

We investigate. We don't share reporter identity unless legally compelled.

Appeals

If you believe an account was closed in error:

  • Reply to the closure email within 7 days
  • Include documentation (legitimacy of the operation, etc.)
  • Real engineer reviews; if we got it wrong, we restore + refund
