Using webmail

/webmail is browser-based email — sign in with the mailbox address + password.

What's in it

• Standard inbox / sent / drafts / spam / trash folders
• Search
• Filters and rules (auto-move, auto-flag)
• Out-of-office responder
• Signature editor
• Contacts
• Calendar (CalDAV-backed)

Signing in

If you're already signed in to your Suzko customer account, click Webmail from the dashboard → it deep-links to webmail with the mailbox selector. Otherwise direct credentials at /webmail.

Composing

• Top right Compose opens the composer.
• HTML formatting toolbar.
• Inline images via paste or upload.
• Attachments up to 25MB per message (plan-dependent).

Filters

Settings → Filters lets you write rules:

• Match: from / to / subject / body / size
• Action: move to folder, mark as read, flag, forward, reject

Filters fire on incoming mail in order. Useful for sorting notifications, archiving newsletters, etc.

Mobile

Webmail is responsive and works on phones. For a native experience, use any IMAP-capable mail app (Apple Mail, Gmail, Outlook, Spark, etc.) — see IMAP / SMTP setup.
