How it's billed

Two parts:

• Monthly subscription (voip_basic or voip_pro perk) — base features
• Per-number rental — usually $1–$3/mo per number depending on area code
• Per-minute / per-message usage — passed through from the carrier at our cost + small margin

What it isn't

• Not a landline replacement — it's VoIP. Needs internet to make calls. Power-out resilience is whatever your internet has.
• Not 911-ready by default — emergency-services dialing requires E911 setup with a registered address. Set it up at first number purchase, please. Required by US law.
