Payment methods

Saving cards, setting a default, removing one.

Cards are stored with our payment processor, not in our database. We never see your full card number — only the last 4 digits + brand for display.

Adding a card

/dashboard/profile → Payment MethodsAdd card. The card form is a secure iframe direct to the processor — we don't see what you type. Card is verified with a $0 authorization and saved. No charge happens.

Setting a default

Click the star icon next to any saved card. The default is what we charge on renewals when no card is specified for that invoice.

Removing a card

Click the trash icon. If it's the default, set a new default first — otherwise renewals have no fallback.

ACH / bank debits

US-based ACH is supported. Add it the same way; you'll go through standard bank-account verification.

PayPal

Currently manual — you can pay any invoice via PayPal from the invoice page, but we don't store PayPal as an auto-charge method. Cards + ACH are the only auto-charge options.

Crypto

We accept BTC / ETH / USDC / USDT manually per invoice. Open the invoice → Pay with crypto → follow the on-screen address + amount. The invoice marks paid once enough confirmations land.

Failed cards on renewal

If the saved card declines on a renewal charge, we email you and retry the next day. After 6 retries, the service suspends.

Common reasons cards fail:

  • Expired — update the card in Profile.
  • Insufficient funds — add funds or change cards.
  • Bank blocked the charge — your bank thinks it's fraud. Call them, approve Suzko, then click Retry on the invoice.
  • 3DS challenge — some banks require you to confirm in their app. The invoice will show a "Confirm" button that opens the challenge.
