Billing cycles & pre-pay discounts
Monthly, annual, or biannual — and what changing cycles does.
Most services offer multiple cycles. The longer the cycle, the bigger the discount.

Discounts apply at order time. The exact percentage is visible on each product's pricing — we don't hide it.
Switching cycles
You can switch a service's cycle from Services → (your service) → Billing. The change kicks in at the next renewal — we don't pro-rate mid-cycle or apply the new discount retroactively.
Mid-cycle upgrades
Upgrading to a bigger tier (more RAM, faster CPU, etc.) does pro-rate. We credit the unused portion of your current invoice toward the new one. Downgrades flip — they take effect at next renewal so you don't lose value already paid for.
Domains
Domains can be registered for 1–10 years up front depending on the TLD. Annual renewal is the most common. We email you 30, 14, and 7 days before expiry so it's never a surprise.
